Fake News: We Distort so You Don't Decide

Recently on Fake News (we only watch it on the You Tube), an anchor pushed a poll that reportedly showed John McCain beating the Democrats by between 9 to 17 points.



Wow! Stop the presses!

Why hasn't the mainstream media jumped all over this?

Well, probably because aaaaah. . . . it's not true.

You see in the Fake News poll, the republiCON voter has only Johnnie boy to choose from, thus the 35 percent. Yet, the Democrat vote is apparently split between Obama and Hillary.

Eventually one of the Democratic candidates will be eliminated, a la American Idol.

Anyway, assuming most good Democrats vote for the party nominee, the Democratic candidate actually pulls 44 percent of the vote in the Fake News poll.

So, the CONservatives at Fake News with a wave of their magic wand turned John's deficit into a lead.

Pretty impressive.

Maybe they will next turn their transformative power toward these troubling numbers.

The High Cost of Rove's Stupid Statements

Karl Rove recently addressed a crowd at the University of Iowa. Rove who was reported to have receive $40,000 for his speech, got a less than warm response. At one point Rove confronted his hecklers saying "You got a chance to ask your questions later and make your stupid statements, let me make mine."

Say Whaa?

The University of Iowa probably hoped it would get more than Rove's stupid statements for its 40 grand. Yet, given the cost turd blossom's work has inflicted upon the country over the past decade, the UI probably feels it got off easy.

Still Not Safe? Department of WTF!

President Bush told a crowd of Homeland Security personnel recently, that despite their efforts these past five years the nation is still not safe.

Could it be this is Georgie's idea of a pep talk for Department of Homeland Security (DHS) personnel? Given his failing grasp of reality, probably so.

But thinking people will see this comment as nothing but a slap in the face of the dedicated public servants whose job it is to protect this nation.
